  • Goede kennis van MS Win 7 & 10 
  • Goede kennis van MS Office & O365 
  • Goede kennis van PC installation & configuration, smartphones & tablets 
  • Basis kennis van network & telecom (LAN/WAN, VPN connections) 
  • ervaring in IT troubleshooting
  • Zelfstandig werken, ownership, dingen snel oppikken 
  • Snel en efficient diagnose stellen 
  •  Goede communicatie met end-users (FTF) & follow-up
