- Administration and general secretarial tasks such as: taking care of daily mail;
- handling the phone and communication with managers, collaborators and external partners.Handling of sales administration, validation of contracts, handling the phone,
- preparing the proposals for clients in collaboration with the sales team.
- Responsible for the follow-up of the refinancing process: contact with banks, partners,
- follow-up of credit agreements requests, reporting to the sales team
- Bachelor or equivalent by experience.
- 2 to 5 years' experience in an administrative function in an international environment.
- Perfect bilingual French and Dutch (speaking and writing) with good knowledge of English.
- Good practical knowledge of MS-Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint).
- Very good organisational talents and able to deal with urgent matters.
- Experience in a computer science company is an advantage.
