In order to support our growth and drive our daily business, Econocom is looking for an Internal Sales to enforce our internal sales team.
Your main responsibilities will focus on customer satisfaction and will include following duties:
- Day to day business with customers & distributors (SPOC)
- Close collaboration with 1 or 2 dedicated account managers
- Prepare offers and follow-up: price requests to suppliers, setup profiles, deal registration, product creation requestOrder entry and follow-up till invoicing
- Customer reporting
- Bachelor's degree or/and experience in internal sales, internal follow-up customers
- MS Office ( good knowledge excel)
- Excellent communicator
- Good relational skills
- Ownership & decision maker
- Able to multitask
- Fluent Dutch/French
- Good administration skills
