2nd Line Support Engineer Confirmed (Payroll only)
Technical point of contact for all ICT infrastructure activities related to desktop support and server management.
Contribute to the design, implementation and support of all infrastructure environments.
- Technical hands on, in close collaboration with external hosting partners, internal business teams and Corporate ICT based in Milan.
- Support the operations team in Business as usual activities. Procedure writing and keeping up to date of local operating instructions used by the different ICT teams.
Must have experience in on-site support, desktop management (maintaining master images), Active Directory and Group Policy management.

- Microsoft (server2008/2012, SharePoint, SQL, IIS, Win7/10, Office 2013/16,...)
- Active directory, Group policy
- Printing solutions
- LAN/WAN (basics)
- Oracle basics, ODBC knowledge
- Asset management
- Lenovo & HP hardware (desktops, laptops & workstations)
- ITIL knowledge
Languages: Dutch, English and French is a plus.
