Activities :

  • 1st Line user support
    1. Handle incoming calls
    2. Ticket registration & follow-up
    3. Diagnostics, troubleshooting and resolution
    4. Escalate to 2nd line colleagues if no 1st line solution is available
  • User account creation (AD, Exchange / O365)
  • Assist 2nd line support where possible

Profile

Required Skills:
  • Good knowledge of Win10, Powershell, collaboration tools (Teams, Jabber), pc & laptop hardware
  • Familiar with Cisco IP Phone, video conferencing
Soft Skills :
  • Good communication skills
  • Curious, studious (take notes)
Languages : 
  • Dutch
  • English
  • French is nice to have
Location : Preferably living near Zaventem
